The Clear and Defend Plus Facial Wash is a refreshing formula that helps to cleanse the skin, encouraging a clarified, more radiant look. Neutrogena’s face wash is powered by a 4% AHA/PHA blend that helps to even the skin tone and soothe the appearance of blemishes.
A 2% concentration of glycolic acid seeks to minimise the appearance of discolouration caused by blemishes. Gluconolactone, a resurfacing agent, aims to refine the skin, while salicylic acid helps to remove excess sebum. Discover a balanced-looking complexion with this revitalising face wash.
- Application: Wet face. Apply to hands, add water and massage face gently. Rinse thoroughly. Start with one application daily, then increase to two if desired. If dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day.
- Please Note: Avoid contact with eyes. Contains an AHA that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and sunburn. Use a sunscreen and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.

This product works really well my skin has never been so Clear and glowing. It’s is really good at keeping blackheads at bay and tightening pores. Okay Cleanser
Cleanses the skin well. I definitely saw a good change in my skin, my breakouts reduced, however the product itself makes my acne sting in areas, and doesn’t foam and apply too well on the skin. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Good cleanser

Effective Oil Control
I liked this product, but I wasn’t blown away. While I typically have combination skin that rarely experiences breakouts, I did notice a few blemishes while using this product. However, it's worth considering that the change in weather could be a contributing factor, so I won't solely blame the product for this. On the positive side, it effectively managed the oil in my T-zone, enhancing the longevity and flawless appearance of my makeup. In summary, I would rate this product as 5 out of 5 for its oil control abilities, but I wouldn't choose to repurchase it. This isn't due to disliking the product, but rather because I believe there are superior alternatives available.
