The Clear and Defend Plus Facial Wash is a refreshing formula that helps to cleanse the skin, encouraging a clarified, more radiant look. Neutrogena’s face wash is powered by a 4% AHA/PHA blend that helps to even the skin tone and soothe the appearance of blemishes.
A 2% concentration of glycolic acid seeks to minimise the appearance of discolouration caused by blemishes. Gluconolactone, a resurfacing agent, aims to refine the skin, while salicylic acid helps to remove excess sebum. Discover a balanced-looking complexion with this revitalising face wash.
- Application: Wet face. Apply to hands, add water and massage face gently. Rinse thoroughly. Start with one application daily, then increase to two if desired. If dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day.
- Please Note: Avoid contact with eyes. Contains an AHA that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and sunburn. Use a sunscreen and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.

Gentle facial wash
Great facial cleanser that after using it in my daily care for 2 weeks I saw an improvement in my skin, specially when I'm having a breakout. I also noticed that spots that were highly visible before due to discoloration began to decrease. A nice wash

Gutted
I was so excited about using this product but after three times using it my skin had a reaction to it. My face ended up being red, sore and bumpy. Before it reacted i thought it was amazing my skin was smooth and I thought I was noticing a difference like pores shrinking and blackheads starting to fade. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Better than I thought

Great for acne prone skin
While this was great as a general cleanser on my combination skin as it wasn’t drying or didn’t make me feel oily, this has completely changed my partners skin. They suffer from extremely sensitive acne prone skin and this has helped to reduce the amount of breakouts and improve skin texture.
