To cool: Store in the fridge for 1 hour or the freezer for 30 minutes (or until the desired temperature is reached). Ensure the beads are not frozen before use.
To heat: Put the mask in the microwave for 10-15 seconds (according to microwave power 800-1000W / 500-750W) and then additional 5 second intervals until the desired temperature is reached.

Quick relief
I keep this in the fridge for a quick cooling sensation on my eyes. It is a really nice feeling, but only for a few minutes as the gel beads and plastic covering absorb the warmth from your face so do heat up super quickly. The plastic covering can kind of cling to and pull your skin, so it’s not the best, but does the job for a quick fix! It looks super cute.
