I love this shampoo. The bottle can just about last my a whole year. I have short hair and every now n again I get a stress patch on the back of my head. This shampoo is so calm n soothing on my head. It clears up the redness n the flaky scalp goes within a week. I don't use any other shampoo. The toner is also excellent.

I have scalp psoriasis and have tried so many products over the years but I have been using this for about 4 years now and it really keeps it under control. When I get a major flare up which is usually stress related I plaster my head in Aloe Vera gel overnight but this shampoo is really good for my scalp generally.

Used to work
When I first started using this shampoo some years ago it worked for me. I'd use other shampoos but come back to this one. But as the years have gone on my scalp has got drier and I no longer find this works, nor does Aveda Shampure and Redken scalp relief strips my colour. I do still use the Philip Kingsley scalp tonic which is a great for instant relief to a super dry scalp.

Disappointed
I had really high hopes for this product, so sure after reading all the reviews and blogger recommendations I bought the larger bottle. I’ve been using for two months now and my scalp is still dry and flaky. You need a lot of product to create a lather, the lather which disappears after 30 seconds. Obviously this product has worked for some people but unfortunately it neither cleared my scalp or stopped the itch.

The best shampoo for itchy scalps I’ve ever tried
This is hands down the best ahampoo I’ve ever tried for my itchy scalp. It doesn’t feel harsh, and says is colour safe too. It soothes my scalp and has totally stopped the itch I used to get on second day hair. I now have no visible flakes either. An absolute winner for me. The large bottle is such good value too. I bought the large size after a standard size, once I knew it worked for me.
