I have been using this treatment for over a year and would definitely recommend it. My hair can get quite dry from exercising etc and this helps to restore the silky smooth feel. It can be left on for as little as 20 minutes if you’re in a hurry, but I sometimes leave it on overnight.

Would buy again. Hair was feeling very straw like after bleaching so I bought this in hope it would help restore some moisture back into my hair. Left it on for around 8 hours as I didn’t want to sleep with it in but wanted longer than 15mins. Hair felt so smooth after and would have never had know it felt so damaged before.
