Disappointed. Tried this for the third time today & each week I’ve been left disappointed. I’m actually surprised by how rough & knotty the ends of my hair feel after using this as my hair never usually feels knotty. Far from having silky well conditioned hair I’m actually left with rougher hair than my usual shampoo & conditioner achieves alone. Won’t be buying again.
