I give it one star for nice color, other than that the wheel thing is so uncomfortable. However, I could've even work around wheel part but this eyeliner is STICKY! You apply it and your eyelids stick together!!!

This is the worst liquid eyeliner I have ever purchased. It is impossible to use the applicator, it has a round ball shaped tip that does not glide, does not hold enough product to run a smooth line and is impossible to get a tidy clean winged line. Very disappointing for the price and I certainly don’t recommend this product.
