This mist is awesome I won’t purchase any other. Being unwell I have problems sleeping I use this in my sleep routine to help drift off. Pillow Sleep Spray
I always have problems with getting to sleep and then waking up following a clock change. I purchased this in advance and has worked great. It has helped relax and unwind my mind and body and have drifted off fairly quickly. It is now a spray I have beside my bed if I have a bad night. The lavender is not too weak it doesn't do anything though not over the top. Will purchase again as needed.

I really wanted to love this - I’m a big fan of pillow sprays! But I found the scent to be overwhelmingly of something quite alcohol like - I’ve tried spraying further away from my pillow, and spraying it 10 mins before I go to bed, but the smell remains. It’s a shame, because the blend of oils smells really lovely, I just don’t find them relaxing with the sharper smell coming through.
