Acting as the second step in your double cleansing routine, the non-stripping face wash utilises a blend of l-mandelic, l-lactic and salicylic acids to provide a gentle exfoliation, helping to decongest the pores and reduce texture. Glycerin, an ingredient recognised for its humectant properties, delivers a boost of moisture with every cleanse, while mangosteen defends against environmental aggressors that can contribute to premature skin ageing.

I have been using this cleanser for a few years now and my skin is clearer and in better condition than ever. I used to get the occasional pimple and black/whiteheads but not any more. My pore size has reduced over time and it really leaves your skin feeling amazingly clean and ready for anything. A tiny amount goes a very long way and the tube lasts for ages, which makes it great value for money also.

Initially broke me out but I have grown to like
My skin is on the dry side of combi and I'm not very experienced with acids so knew I had to be a little cautious with this. It did break me out on the first few occasions I tried using, which was only once a week initially. I know use as and when I feel my skin could do with a pick me up and it's works fine. Definitely makes my skin feel polished without the stripping nature of an exfoliating scrub and it has now stopped breaking me out so I guess my skin has moved on from the purging phase. Haven't decided if I'll repurchase, but definitely not unhappy with purchase. I use as a second cleanse.

Difficult to use
I was recommended this by a dermatologist. It smells lovely and feels fresh however it is a nightmare to get it onto your face without it going down your drain. It’s so slippery when you squeeze it out it falls between your fingers. Trying it on a flannel or sponge is hard as it doesn’t lather up well. Don’t think I would purchase it again.
