Like most people received these in the beauty box, and was amazed. I definitely seen an improvement. I have terrible insomnia due to menopause and illness. I’m forever checking the time when I woke up. These patches helped that in a sense if I woke up (only once) I stirred then went straight back to sleep. Definitely improved the quality of sleep.

Saw theses and want to try them out as I have always had trouble sleeping. Put it on an hour or so before bed as instructed and started to feel it. Thought it was a placebo effect at first but when I eventually went to bed I fell asleep as soon as I hit the pillow. First time in years! Woke up feeling refreshed. I got these to try in my beauty box. I'm menopausal so sleep can sometimes be a problem, I wake at 3am and can't get back to sleep. Not a problem with one of these! The first night I did still wake, but dropped off again almost immediately and the next night, I didn't wake again at all. Genius idea and it seems to work.

So i recently got two of these in my lookfantastic monthly box. I thought they would be a quack but oh my word! I’m an insomniac and only sleep around an hour a night - the first night i slept 6 and a half hours without getting up once which was magical! the second one i slept 8 and a bit and was still knackered!! As soon as these are released they will be my new addition. These are absolutely fantastic and couldn’t recommend enough. Just don’t put one on if you have anything to do the next morning😂
