Step 1: Gently massage onto damp skin in circular motions, then rinse off with warm water. Use 1 or 2x per week.

Step 2: Apply to damp skin and leave on for 15 minutes. Massage in upward, circular motions before rinsing off thoroughly. Use 1 or 2x per week.
