The pencil is soft, smudges nicely and stays put all day. I find some other pencil luxury brands have more intensity in colour but end up bleeding out, and so are not suitable when it’s hot or to be worn for a long time. These are great…I think I may be on my 5th one now!

This is a makeup staple for me, it’s a soft liner with good staying power, blendable but also can be sharp depending how you apply. The black/brown is a great shade if you feel like pure black is too harsh.

Good for contact lens wearers
I wear contact lenses and have found in the past that pencils which I prefer to use as eye liners can melt into my eyes causing my lenses to smudge. I've also had problems in the past with pencils, even very expensive pencils, causing sensitivity. This eyeliner does not cause sensitivity and has never affected my lenses so I am glad I found it. I would like it better if it lasted longer. It does last on my eyes but I use it up quicker than a pencil. That being said I'm grateful that it exists and lets me wear lenses and eye make up.
