Best sharpener for kohl pencils..
So, I thought a sharpener is a sharpener but actually not so. I like to use a soft kohl eye pencil and ended up struggling with sharpeners and throwing a good length of pencil away. This inexpensive little sharpener makes all the difference and prolongs the life of my kohl soft pencils.
