Apply to shampooed lengths and leave for 5 minutes to enjoy its results: soft, manageable tresses that boast defined, polished curls.
After shampooing, massage into towel-dried hair and leave for 5 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly.

I have very thick and very frizzy and messy looking since having a baby 2 years ago, I've used this 3 times and I definetly feel it has helped me a lot. less messy looking and less frizzy
