Directions for use:
- Use mask once a week initially and thereafter when required.

- Work from the front of head to the back and gently massage over scalp.

I found a better mask
Not bad mask, I liked it before tried Grow Gorgeous Back Into The Roots. From GG mask I have better effect and the composition of ingredients is more rich.
