What a great product!
I've been using this powder for close to two months now and absolutely love it! It has definitely made me feel more relaxed come bed time and I definitely feel like it has helped to improve the look and feel of my skin. I would recommend using a milk of your choice over water to mix it in with as I found it to be a bit too bitter for my taste buds when I mixed it with water but that's only because I have a sweet tooth!
