I have really long thick hair and my hair felt like sandpaper when rinsing the shampoo off, the conditioner did make it feel slightly better. Also the top split open whilst squeezing the conditioner out which resulted in a large amount going down the drain! In my opinion for me it’s not worth the price tag. I will say though I did get a few compliment's about how nice my hair smelt.
