I purchased this product due to my partner struggling to sleep for the past few months. Most nights he cannot sleep until 2-3am and even then the sleep is broken. I sprayed this a few times onto the pillows and bed linen at 10pm and by 10:30pm he was asleep. Only waking once or twice briefly all night. I notoriously have trouble sleeping and this product has been such a saviour. For the past week I have spritzed a little on my pillow and the lavender calms my mind and I have been drifting off to sleep much more quickly than I ever have before.
