I suffer with bumps on the tops of my arms and strawberry legs after shaving ( I've now switched to epilating) and this toner used after the glycolic exfoliating scrub is fantastic at reducing redness and smoothing out the bumps on my arms and legs. I haven't used it on my face as I've got dermatitis at the moment.
