love this to put over the body
i use this as an exfoliant all over my body. It helps amazingly with the bumps on my arms and also with kp on my legs. I do also use on my arm pits and bikini line to help with ingrown hairs however i have not noticed much difference but it does keep my arm pits at a lighter colour.
