Perfect the complexion with The Ordinary Coverage Foundation with SPF 15 by The Ordinary Colours; a full-coverage foundation that arrives in a comprehensive shade range. With added SPF15, the foundation offers essential protection as well as coverage, which is ideal for daily use.
Enriched with a higher level of pigment to the serum foundation, the coverage formula boasts a rich, saturated effect, yet remains lightweight. Utilising treated pigments suspended in The Ordinary’s proprietary spreadability system, the foundation guarantees a natural looking, long-lasting finish that resists collecting in fine lines and appearing cakey. The foundation offers a coveted, full-coverage effect with semi-matte results, leaving the complexion flawless all day.
The makeup is available in 21 different shades, which are divided up into 3 categories. 1 is designed for fair to lighter skin tones, 2 for medium tones and 3 for dark. Each category is classified further by a second digit ranging from 1 to 3, to indicate its depth within a category. Finally, the letter at the end of the shade indicates its undertone; P for pink, R for red, N for neutral and Y for yellow.
A small number of shades boast an additional letter, S for silver highlights and G for gold. These foundations are infused with fine dispersions of metallic effect pigments, which add a luminous radiance to the complexion.

Shake before use. Dispense a small amount into the palm or the back of your hand. Smooth on and blend throughout the face, ideally outward from the midpoint of the face.

Really surprised!
I started looking into The Oridinary very recently, I started with some skincare products and as these turned out amazing I though that for this price I will risk it for the biscuit and I will try to choose from the range of shades by looking at videos of all the shades on YouTube (literally did what I have never done before because I don’t trust YouTube artists who show products, I prefer checking things myself). Somehow I chose a perfect shade for my skin, and when it arrived I obviously tried it on immediately. I couldn’t believe that for this price it will turn out so incredible. I used to use the most expensive foundations and these not always turn out that good. The coverage of this one is amazing, the shade range is good for me, not sure about others but I really like the product and I would definitely recommend it.

I was shocked when I tried this! After it was recommended to me by several people, I thought id give it a try. The coverage and the colour is abysmal. People say you can ‘build’ it, which only creates a disgusting, crusty look! It wears off so quickly and leaves your skin looking dry and unhealthy. Would never use this product again. I have normal/combination, light skin for reference. Maybe it works better on a different skin type. 0/10

I really wanted to love it
I have read lots of positive reviews about this foundation, and the price point is a bonus. I ordered a 1.0P, which matches Mac Nw13, it is was far too pale. Thankfully, I'd ordered the next shade up, which was a much better match. Application: it is very runny. It was a brilliant colour match, but lacked some depth I seem to get with Mac. It went on light, to say it is full coverage, but it was buildable. Pro's: it felt light, soft and gave my skin a natural glow. It didn't look as though I had much foundation on. Con's: it seemed to melt off my face. Noticeably, it was on my phone after answering a call & I didn't apply a lot. It didn't seem to set, which matched its runny consistency. Overall, il be going back to my usual, which is ashame because from reviews I really wanted to love this foundation.

Usually love The Ordinary products but this is pretty rubbish. The colour is a great match for me, but the coverage is awful; as soon as apply to my skin, it just settles into the creases and pores on my skin. Throughout the day, it rubs off and by the end of the day, my skin is both oily and some spots and dry in others. For context, I'd say my pre-makeup routine is pretty thorough, so it's not a matter of my skin not being primed for foundation, I don't think.

Good for money but too oily
The price is great, but the product just okay, however you can give it a go when you’re in a rush without having many steps preparing your skin before makeup or if you only cleansed it and didn’t apply any moisturiser, so no good for oily or combined skin. If you applied moisturiser before, you’ll need to apply setting powder after to keep it nice otherwise the foundation will appear all streaky on your face. The coverage is just okay.

Coverage is fairly good but the foundation makes me very very shiny and also creases a lot. No matter how much powder I apply, it will always crease around my mouth in smile lines, under eyes and my eyelid. I bought their foundation to cover acne and acne scarring but unfortunately the coverage doesn’t last and the marks show through after a couple of hours. I won’t be purchasing again.
