The Ordinary's AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution is a potent formula that acts as a ten-minute exfoliating facial, helping to brighten, smooth and refine the appearance of skin.
The advanced exfoliant features a blend of 30% alpha hydroxyl acids (glycolic, lactic, tartaric and citric), as well as 2% beta hydroxyl salicylic acid. Helping to slough away dead skin cells, the powerhouse formula minimises the look of dullness, pore congestion and textural irregularities. Hyaluronic acid, vitamin B5, and Tasmanian pepperberry promote rich antioxidant benefits, while nourishing the skin with a soothing, comfortable finish. Topped off with radiance-enhancing black carrot extract, the illuminating mask promotes the look of revitalised, glowing skin.
Suitable for most skin types but not recommended for very sensitive or compromised skin. Always patch test before use.

Smaller pores
I was skeptical about the quality and the effectiveness of the product, given how cheap it was. How wrong I was. So far, I have only tried it twice (each time less than 2 minutes of application period and once on alternate week) and can visibly see my skin clarity improve and my pores smaller, especially around my nose! Highly recommend to those who have experiences with using acids as part of their skincare routine. For those who are more novices, make sure you understand how your skin will react to AHA and BHA first - ideally having built up some tolerance to them first. Do a small patch test to see how your skin tolerate to the active ingredients (personally I try a drop on a discrete part of my inner arm which most mimics my skin texture). If all good, then apply very thinly (less is always more) and leave on for less than 1 or 2 minutes to see how it feels/reacts etc. If it all feels great, then apply more for longer, but no more than 10 mins. This is what I did for my bestie and it worked amazingly for her :)

I love this product - such good value for the glow it gives. I try to use once a week and don’t find it uncomfortable personably, though think those with sensitive skin should probably be wary. Have repurchased on repeat since discovering this excellent peel and recommended to friends who feel their skin is looking dull. A bargain at the RRP!

Follow instructions but it does work
I’ve done a lot of research during lockdown about skin care and chemical peel after I’ve found scrubs too hatch on my skin.
