The Ordinary's AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution is a potent formula that acts as a ten-minute exfoliating facial, helping to brighten, smooth and refine the appearance of skin.
The advanced exfoliant features a blend of 30% alpha hydroxyl acids (glycolic, lactic, tartaric and citric), as well as 2% beta hydroxyl salicylic acid. Helping to slough away dead skin cells, the powerhouse formula minimises the look of dullness, pore congestion and textural irregularities. Hyaluronic acid, vitamin B5, and Tasmanian pepperberry promote rich antioxidant benefits, while nourishing the skin with a soothing, comfortable finish. Topped off with radiance-enhancing black carrot extract, the illuminating mask promotes the look of revitalised, glowing skin.
Suitable for most skin types but not recommended for very sensitive or compromised skin. Always patch test before use.

There’s a slight discomfort when first applying the product but this disappears quickly and it’s perfectly possible to leave the product on skin for up to 10 mins. A gentle peel for beginners.
This won't deliver dramatic effects but it is great for making the skin feel really smooth and for making it look clear and bright. It doesn't dry out the skin like some peels can and it is a great price. I use it a couple of times a week and my skin doesn't break out with it.

I’m genuinely surprised at how well this has worked. I’ve tried everything from salicylic to glycolic acid to no prevail other than a damaged skin barrier and just as many bumps. It just works. I have dry skin and used this weekly - 2x a week for about a year. The transformation in my skin was amazing. All my fungal acne cleared up within a couple of months. I keep using it about once a month now, for maintanance. My skin is soft, plump, clear, holds moisture better and is GLOWING. I only used a few drops on my face for 10-12 mins max. You will definitely need a good moisturiser so your skin can heal properly after the treatment, and a sunblock. I used squalane oil and vaseline to lock in moisture. Still looking for the perfect dark-skin friendly sunscreen! anyway, would give this 10 stars. It's very effective.
