I have been using this on my oily, fine, straight hair and my son's thick wavey hair. It's great for getting right into the roots and cleaning your scalp. My hair and head felt squeaky clean afterwards and I have been able to go longer between washing days as my scalp is thoroughly clean.

Thick Hair
I bought this as I have thick long hair and wanted this so I can easily scrub without ruining my manicure, ensure my scalp gets a good clean, as well as, massage products in with more ease. I cannot say in the shower this glides easily over my scalp when my hair is wet. This means I often have to target parts of the scalp and rock it back and fourth on the areas I want to scrub - but it does the job for this. In relation to massaging products in my hair before a wash, with semi-dry hair, I find it doesn't easily glide then either. I still resort to using my finger tips and then using this to really "scrub" in the shower. I do like that the product is one piece, easy to clean, hasn't pulled my hair and doesn't harbour mould.
