For the purpose of these terms, \"Premier Delivery\" refers to the delivery service subscription. The specific terms of your subscription (fixed-term or automatically renewing) are determined by your date of purchase as set out in clause 1 below.

1. Purchase

In order to purchase a Premier Delivery subscription, you must select and add the service to your basket.

By purchasing a Premier Delivery subscription you will be given free delivery across all our Delivery Options (except Same Day Delivery) for all eligible purchases from www.lookfantastic.com.

Customers who purchased Premier Delivery before 18 September 2025: Your Premier Delivery is valid for a fixed term of 12 months from the day you signed up. Customers who purchase Premier Delivery on or after 18 September 2025: Your Premier Delivery is a rolling 12-month subscription that automatically renews unless cancelled.
The renewal fee will be stated on our website at the time of renewal. By purchasing the subscription, you authorise us to automatically charge this fee to your default payment method. We will send a reminder email before your renewal payment is taken.
You can manage or cancel your subscription by contacting Customer Services through Your Account. We will confirm within 24 hours.
