I've done nothing different in my skincare routine since using this (2 weeks use, nightly) and I've had SO MANY compliments on how my skin is glowing! I've been using the multi light function on dry skin after cleansing on an evening, then applying my usual serum/retinol and moisturiser and the difference is remarkable. My skin feels plump and smooth on a morning and I'm not sure if it helps with product absorption, I'll have to look into that. Anyway, I wish I'd got this sooner as I'm sure I'd have saved a fortune on pricey night creams. Time will tell if it helps the slight redness on my cheeks (main reason I bought it) but so far I'm very impressed! I do look like something off a slasher movie whilst wearing it though haha. For anyone reading this, buy it. Less than half the price of other ones on the market too.
