A dose of Apple Cider Vinegar provides natural AHAs (Alpha Hydroxy Acids) to help regulate the scalp's pH levels and strengthen damaged or chemically-processed hair that is prone to breakage. Expect cleansed, softened strands with enhanced shine from root to tip.

Not for fine hair
I was ignorant and bought this solely for the purpose of hoping my hair would grow but also knowing this is for thicker hair and I have very fine, flat hair. This felt heavy on my hair and made it greasy quicker so definitely don’t buy it if you have my hair type and are feeling impulsive!
