This is a good cleansing balm for the price. It works well to remove base make up but struggles with any water/humidity resistant mascara. It leaves a bit of residue on skin after use so I only use as a first cleanse then double cleanse with another facial wash. The little cloth that comes with the product does help to remove the residue.

This cleansing balm is really rich and melts make up away easily. It is quite firm so I have to use a spatula to get it out which isn't included, but a cloth is included. It is easy to wash off and make up comes off in one go

Possibly the worst cleansing balm I have ever used!! Very dry texture that doesn’t seem to ‘melt’ into skin at all…..nightmare to rinse off - left a film on my skin that took 3 goes with a foaming cleaner to remove. If I could give it 0 stars I would…..avoid at all costs!
