I’ve used Philip Kingsley elasticizer for many years it’s an amazing product. I have fine weak hair which is prone to breaking, split ends and can be so frizzy brittle and dry, however elasticizer gives back flexibility strength and shine. It’s so much easier to style and blow dry my hair after using this product.
