This intensive treatment is a game changer for me. I have tried so many products on the market but this one gets a gold star from me. You have to wet your hair first massage the product through the hair and leave it for as long as possible, preferably with a shower cap on your head! then wash with your shampoo and conditioner after you have rinsed it out and believe me you will be extremely happy.
