I never usually use a setting spray or powder, I find my makeup remains matte for longer without it. but I gave this a go, and I must say im quite happy with it. I have oily skin. so shine is an issue for me. I do find using this setting spray makes me more shiny in general and quicker than without BUT it looks way more realistic and reduces the cakey look. I spray a bit, wait a minute and then dab excess with sponge. i'll tend to dab my face with a towel to remove the shine periodically throught the day. but using this blends the makeup well, ive noticed less cakey look and with a little shine can make it hard to tell im wearing make up some days. I use with my mac studio fix range. for the price, this setting spray is good stuff. I highly recommend.
