Perfect for filling, shaping and accentuating your natural arches, the brow pencil features a flat tip to one end that glides effortlessly through hairs, creating precise, feather-like strokes that seamlessly fill in and shape your brows for a naturally fuller-looking appearance. Its flexible spoolie brush to the other end allows you to tame and blend for a professional-looking finish.
Start at the base of the brow and use tiny hair-like flicks; light, short, upward strokes to draw in the direction of your natural hair growth.

I wouldn't call this a precision pencil. I was expecting it to be similar to brow wiz. Not keen on the shape as it more triangular than fine. My own fault for not doing the research.
