I'm so in love with this foundation! The internet have a love hate relationship with this foundation but it really boils to how you apply it tbh. I've been using different type of foundation both drug stores and highends but came back to this! I'm in my 3rd btl now. Apply dots with your fingers around your half of your face, blend it with your brush. Patting motion. Repeat on another half of your face. Add more on visible spots. I find that this method works for me. I've trying using it with a sponge , fingers , different type of brush.. and now I've found the technique that works! It dries powdery matte. Last whole day! But again I'm using primer & moisturizer underneath too. With the right primer, it has minimal transfer to mask. I use elf primer. Works for me.

So I bought the collection, the shine killer (didn't work), this foundation, then the gift set including fixing spray, powder finish and eye primer. This foundation was like white emulsion. Despite the thickness it took a lot to cover my face, and highlighted all the lines, despite using the same brand primer. The shade was nothing close to my skin colour, so I looked like I was going for the "ghost at halloween" look. Very disappointing given the price, and it's going in the bin.

Avoid if you have even a tiny patch of dry skin...
I was so disappointed by the quality of this foundation after reading positive reviews. I was looking for a slightly cheaper 'everyday' foundation as I usually use Smashbox, which is consistently excellent, but pricier. I was recommended this foundation and had a go. Honestly the 1-star is for the tone match only... The colour is really good for my paleness. However, this foundation clung to every single patch of skin that was 'dry' (I have extremely oily skin) and then slipped off the rest of my face after around 2 hours, despite good primer and finishing powder. Awful, such a waste of money.

Patchy and overrated
Very patchy and awful to blend. Not long lasting at all and for being in the top 10 foundations I through replacing my Estée Lauder and Clinique with this was a big mistake, it was rated just under Estée Lauder what a mistake
