I am a nurse and so my hands have to tolerate a lot of washing with soap. I bought this cream as an extra special treat for me to put on at work to cheer me up (and keep my skin intact). It smells lovely and is very moisturising, and a little goes a long way.

I love this hand cream, it’s one of only two hand creams that soothes and moisturises the skin on my dry chapped hands in the winter. But it’s soooo expensive , so a pure luxury
