Powered by retinol, a vitamin A derivative, the day cream helps to improve the look of tone and texture, while myrtus plant extract and hyaluronic acid hydrate and visibly plump the skin. Lightweight and fast-absorbing, the day cream encourages a unified and radiant-looking complexion.

Light day cream
Neutrogena Retinol Boots Day cream is light in texture gets and absorbs fast. Love it on skin it doesn’t clog the pores and makes my face feel hydrated all day . My skin feels smooth and radiant after the first week . Fine lines are less visible but don’t see any change on the dark spots .

Retinol rescue
Having used this product for the last month, I can honestly say there has been a difference in my skin tone and texture. Easy to dispense and light weight cream which is easily absorbed into the skin. After a fortnight, my fine lines and wrinkles appeared less prominent, looked subdued and subtle. Week 3 pigmentation looked slightly different, obviously need to keep using this cream to see long lasting effects. Overall a great day cream, skin is glowing and signs of aging are becoming less visible. Good base for makeup too but would suggest adding more SPF if out in the sun.

Nice product
Really nice serum, it made my skin glowy and soft. I liked the fact that it had a built-in spf too as it protects your face from the sun. I can't say I really noticed a big difference in the aging of my skin and the reducing of fine lines but it did make my skin look shiny and smooth. The only negative I would say is that I wasn't really keen on the smell of this product.

Skin feels soft and looks more nourished
I have tried the day cream for over 4 weeks now. Initially, I experienced a slight bit of sensitivity on thinner skinned areas such as under my eyes initially, but no redness, and no issues that would deter me from continuing to use this product. The formula is lightweight and absorbs well, leaving my skin feeling soft and looking more nourished over the trial period. I can see a slight difference in skin appearance, but believe this would continue to improve with ongoing use. I would continue to use this product and recommend. My only concern is what the results would be if I were to stop using the product or it was discontinued for example.

Fantastic
This is my new day cream. It is perfect under make up (most creams for woman in 40's are not) My age lines are a little smaller and my skin looks and feels softer and smoother. I love it!

Amazing product!
Loved this product! tested for 5 weeks and I can note the difference on my skin. I definitely recommend this product and I'm looking forward to purchase the Night Cream as well.

Amazing first retinoid cream
I think this is a fantastic cream to get you introduced to retinoids. I don’t suffer any peeling or “purging” with this product because it’s also highly moisturising. Despite being well moisturising it isn’t overly heavy or thick on the skin.

Value for money retinol skin care
Iniitally, I had some redness on the skin. It absorbs well into the skin. It is packaged in a very premium bottle. I have seen slight improvement in brightness of my skin after 4 weeks of use. It has SPF 15 so provides sun protection. It is a good price for a retinol based cream.

Good product for morning routine after washing face, simply apply Neutrogena SPF15 retinol boost and skin feels hydrated plus nice glows and no shining (I don’t like shines on my skin)

I’ve been introducing this gradually over the last 4 weeks following the advice on the product to make sure my skin tolerates it. It’s lovely to use, and I’ve seen less prominent lines and slightly faded pigmentation. Great early results!
