This smells DIVINE and stays put on your face- not sure about hydrating. The way I use this on my dehydrated normal skin type is by applying my normal skincare then adding the cream in with my foundation to give me a tinted base. It does the job so well and it stay on my face throughout the day! Would personally recommend.
