Believe the hype
As a MAC studio fix foundation wearer I’ve found it hard to find an alternative foundation that I really love. I’ve tried them all YSL, Chanel etc but thought I’d give this a try. Firstly the colour match is much nicer usually an NW20 went for Santa Fe. It stays on all day and stays fresh and not at all cakey or drying! Love love love!

This foundation is beautiful. I would say it is a natural looking, medium coverage with a stunning satin finish (in between matte and dewy). It blends like a dream and lasts all day. I like to apply it with a beauty blender for a flawless application. I really hope it is never discontinued as in my opinion, it is so much nicer than the new nars one which is very greasy looking!

Patchy
I was so disappointed using this foundation. Everyone says that this foundation is amazing and natural and glowy but for some reason it starts separating on my skin and becomes incredibly patchy. I’m not sure why as I make sure My skin is very hydrated when applying this. Then I changed my skincare underneath from a moisturiser to an oil and the same thing happened. Not sure why but it looks awful on me. The shade match is really good though.

Stunning foundation
I actually meant to buy the new light reflecting but ordered this one by accident. I thought I’d try it anyway, I absolutely love it, I still get a full coverage, without looking like I’m wearing tonnes of foundation. I set with powder but my skin still looks dewy. I love it especially applied with a sponge, I do have large pours and quite textured skin but I feel flawless with this.
