Alternatively skip this step and use a Mylee No-Wipe Top Coat*! Berry Tea is a bright pink raspberry shade, perfect for adding a vivid pop of colour to your look. Curable under UV or LED lamps, the gel layers smoothly, setting to a high-shine finish that resists smudging once cured. The formula is designed for long wear, helping colour stay fresh-looking for up to three weeks with proper application. A finger-shaped brush sweeps across the nail evenly, helping create a neat, controlled finish.

How to Apply Gel Polish:

1. Use a cuticle pusher to gently push back your cuticles and if necessary, apply the Mylee Cuticle Remover to remove any dead skin.
2. Shape the free edge of your nails with a file and remove the shine from the nail plate with a buffing block.
3. Cleanse the nails with a lint-free wipe soaked in Mylee Prep & Wipe to remove any oil and residue on the nails so that the gel will adhere properly.
4. Apply a Mylee Base Coat and cure your nails for 30-60 seconds using the Mylee Pro LED Lamp, or 120 seconds with the UV Lamp. Remove any gel on your skin before curing.
5. Apply one coat of your chosen Mylee Gel Polish and cure your nails exactly like you did for the base.
6. Repeat to build up the colour.
7. Apply a Mylee Top Coat and cure your nails in the same way as before.
8. If you’ve used a regular Top coat, remove the sticky layer by wiping the nails with a lint free wipe soaked in Mylee Prep & Wipe. The No Wipe Top Coat, however, will leave no residue after curing, so there’s no need to wipe.
9. Wash your hands, then apply Mylee Nail & Cuticle oil on the nails and cuticles to keep them nourished and hydrated. Voila, you’re all set!

How to Remove Gel Polish:

1. Buff the surface of the nails with a nail file to remove the shine of the top coat. This must be done firmly as the surface must be opened up to allow you to penetrate the UV lacquer, but be careful not to damage the nail.
2. Soak a cotton pad with Mylee Gel Remover and place onto the nail plate, securing with a foil wrap.
3. After 10 minutes, firmly pull pads off the nails, making sure you gently push away any loose product with cuticle pusher or orange stick.
4. If there is product remaining on the nail, re-buff and re-wrap the nail.
5. Once all the product is removed, file and shape the free edge using a nail file then buff the nail to a shine.
