After cleansing in the morning and/or evening, use a pad to gently wipe the face, avoiding the delicate eye area. Allow to dry before moisturising. Can also be used on the neck, back and arms. Burned my skin (badly!)
I ordered these in February for when I came off the pill and experienced hormonal acne. I used at night, and it did work, spots dried up a lot quicker. But I would wake up with red & itchy skin. Today I decided to use in the morning, and i regret it. My skin feels hot, it’s extremely red (especially under my chin) and very itchy. So I will throw the rest out. So if you have sensitive skin, do not use.
