I have bought several colours colours in this eyeliner as highly pigmented. They have great staying power, smudge proof but do allow upto 5mins to dry down. Price point perfect too. My only complaint is that I wish the pencil tip was thinner to be able to define it more but thats personal choice and nothing a cotton bud can't fix it mistakes made. Definitely recommend and will re-purchase
