1. Prime eyes with Prep + Prime 24-Hour Extend Eye Base for added colour intensity and extended wear of shadow for up to 24 hours without creasing or fading.
2. Apply over eye area (eyelids and creases) with a 239S Brush, using a pressing motion to build colour for a bolder look.
3. Apply over eye area with a 217S Brush, using a circular motion to blend colour for a diffused look.
