What dark circles?
This powder is miraculous. I have been dogged by dark circles all my life and had finally managed to find a concealer that worked for me but left a very high shine under my eyes. This secret brightening powder has been the answer to my prayers. It sets my concealer, leaves no white residue, doesn't make my under eye area look dry or settle in fine lines.
