This ultra-finely milled powder is designed to set and extend the wear of concealer while instantly brightening the under-eye area. Formulated with light-reflecting pigments, it helps to blur the appearance of fine lines and dark circles without creasing.

Secret Brightening Powder Brush
Specially designed with a tapered shape, this brush allows for the precise application of powder to the delicate under-eye contours. It effortlessly presses the formula into the skin to lock makeup in place with a seamless finish.

After applying concealer, pick up small amount of Secret Brightening Powder with a small flat brush like Camouflage Powder Brush.​ Tap brush on the back of your hand, working the powder into the bristles.​ Lightly pat the powder under the eyes to set concealer.​
