Top line: draw a line on your lash line.
Arrow line: continue your line and do a cat eye.
Bottom line: draw a line on your bottom lash.

The worst thing I have ever bought for my make up bag. 0 colour / liquid comes out so it literally doesn’t even work. I finally managed to get a bit on and it disappeared off my face within 2 hours! I hadn’t rubbed my eyes or anything. Do not buy this !

This eye liner is honestly the worst eye liner I have ever used and i would not recommend it to anyone. It seems really dry and when I apply it, it doesn't look fresh it looks faded out. it isn't waterproof and disappears very quickly. The only explanation i can find is that it wasn't stored properly or someone used it before and i received an almost empty eye liner. Super disappointed.
