Does not irritate sensitive skin
So one thing that is always interesting when I try a new skincare product, is how my skin will react. I have only tried a 1 La Roche Posay product before this. And usually have to stick with fragrance free skincare. So far this has felt really hydrating on my skin. Almost like I don’t need an additional moisturiser, there has been no itching, no redness. Always a bonus. I have applied both morning and night, for 10 days and my skin feels more even toned. I like that it has Niacinamide and vitamin B3. The product is quite thick, not too sticky, and dispenses a small amount with the dropper, I end up going back for more as there’s not enough in one pick up. In terms of dark spot correction, I think I will need to trial for a longer period of time to notice a significant difference, but so far I like how this make my skin feel and look.

Great for Hyperpigmentation
This is going to be my go to product. Light weight. I wear it as a moisturiser with Spf30. I can definitely see a difference in my skin tone. Would like to buy again. The first picture shows one of the many dark spots I have on my face. Unfortunately due to years of using baby oil for tanning 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ I’ve been using it night and day for over a week now and even now, I can definitely see the darker spot on my face has lightened. I’m self conscious but all I’ve used on my face is a green base to clear the redness then I’m happy to leave the house.

Amazing!!!
I am so grateful to have been able to trial this wonderful product!! ❤️ The mela b3 serum works well for the dark spots under your eyes. I have now used this product for 2 weeks every morning and every evening. A few drops dabbed under your eyes. The Serum is hydrating but not greasy. It has a pleasant smell, but most of all, it is very effective! I can already see that my dark, tired eyes are looking more bright and refreshed! I would highly recommend it.

For a brighter , more even complexion 💜
The Mela B3 Dark Spot serum is a product I cannot believe I had to live this long without , and once you try it,you will think the same. When I try a new serum I tend to be super open minded and very positive about it and give it time to work ,however this serum has delivered incredible results in as little time as 2 weeks . My skin discolouration is an insecurity of mine , so I was beyond excited when Laroche Posay created this serum to help with hyperpigmentation and acne scars . It has a beautiful light weight watery consistency and the formulation is enriched with niacinamide and Vitamin c and La Roche posay thermal spring water feels very refreshing on the skin. The revolutionary science behind the formulation is the new multi-patented Melasyl ingredient which combined with the 10% niacinamide and vitamin c acts as an active melanin trapper to lighten existing and prevent any further hyperpigmentation . I feel this serum has done an incredible difference in such a short time with brightening acne scars and hyperpigmentation on my skin, that it has officially become a staple item in my skincare routine ,especially given the fact it works amazingly with SPF and enhances the efficacy of it . If all that hasn't convinced you yet , at last but not least , it smells incredible ,like baby products , gentle and comforting scent that doesn't irritate your skin . I would happily recommend this serum for anyone looking to brighten and even out their skin from hyperpigmentation ,acne scars or PIH .

Fading my hyperpigmentation
This serum has been working so well on my skin. I've been using it every morning os part of my daytime routine. I have oily combination skin, which is prone to breakouts. When this happens, I'm usually left with hyperpigmentation and dark marks. This serum is formulated to stop dark marks and reduce them if you do have them. The contents of this serum include Niacinamide, otherwise known as B3, which helps to fade dark marks. It also has melasyl, which also works against hyperpigmentation. The other ingredients are LHA and retinyl, which help to boost the skin's renewal of cells. The effects of me using this serum have been great. It absorbs well, is non sticky or greasy, and has been fading my hyperpigmentation. This serum doesn't have a strong smell and is also helping to smooth out my fine lines.

Faded my post acne marks
I was kindly gifted this for test and review purposes from Influenster. La Roche Posay can do no wrong. If you need a targeted serum for hyperpigmentation then give this a try. I have thankfully rescued my skin from having a bad reaction to a K beauty product but was left with pigmentation where the blemishes had healed. After using this, the marks have faded dramatically and are barely noticeable. I also hard a large pigmentation mark on my cheek that appeared last summer after too much sun exposure and nearly a year later I thought I would be stuck with it forever but that has also shrank and faded to about a third of the size and I haven’t even been using the serum that long so I know after a few more weeks it will be fully gone. I’d suggest using an spf everyday as well as that will also stop any dark marks from deepening and new ones from forming. The anthelios SPF50 from la Roche posay has been my go to for years but I’m also loving using the melaB3 cream SPF 30 as well, both are great options and work well with this serum. I’m super excited about using this during the summer months as that’s when I normally get dark marks and as the serum states, not only does it diminish dark marks but it also prevents them from even forming. Well worth the money.

Glowing
Great serum, absorbs well into the skin. Lovely lightweight and have been using this under my make up. Bottle comes with a proper lid as well as a syringe so it's easy to pack away if travelling. My skin has responded well to these product and old dark maskne scars seem to be fading. Hopefully will see more results the more I use this product. Thank you Influenster for letting me review this product.

A wonderful Serum
It's a wonderful Serum, it corrects the dark spots and protects the skin, it smells amazingly and the texture is very lovely. I use it under my make up and it's an essential part of my daytime skincare routine, I highly recommend it.

Mela B3 serum
La Roche Posay products are great and this Mela B3 is amazing. I was really looking forward to trying it to help lighten or even get rid of my hyperpigmentation. It’s too soon to tell whether it’s going to completely get rid of it but it feels great on my skin so far. Paired with Mela B3 SPF30 it’s a great combo. The texture isn’t sticky either which is another thing I like about it.
