I usually like to use this on towel dried hair as it helps manage any frizz and helps keep long hair in good condition. I really like Olaplex but it it is expensive and can be quite heavy if you use it regularly so I use this in between breaks of olaplex and it keeps my hair looking nice and soft and shiny without the heaviness.
