I'm 27, so medium, full coverage is too much for me. I prefer light and if I need to cover I can use concealer, I used a little amount of this and it looked great, but you can also build it if that's what toi prefer. I chose this as I have drier skin so wanted a lightweight foundation that wouldn't make me feel crusty. This has been great.
