Crafted with a cooling triple bead application, the stainless steel tip cools the skin by gently gliding to encourage a gentle, depuffing massage.
Apply on thoroughly cleansed, dry skin every morning and evening. Massage in small circles from the inner corner of your eye up to your temple, Repeat four times. Gently smooth over eyelids. Finish by applying light pressure on the 6 points as indicated on pack.

Hydrating
A lot of people don't know that dark circles can actually be due to lack of hydration under the eyes and this eye serum has 2.5% hyaluronic acid which helps to lock in the moisture in the eye area thus helping to lighten the area.

You will see a difference with this product from the first use...but the experience of using it alone is enough for me to purchase again. The caffeine and hyaluronic acid instantly plumps and tightens the skin as it dries, which reduces the look of lines and wrinkles. It's ofcourse temporary but I definitely believe with long term use, this will have a positive effect. There is no scent and keep it in the fridge for instant depuffing and the applicator is perfect for massaging the under eyes. Well done L'Oreal

No effect for visible under eye veins
The skin under my eyes is really thin (veins visible), so while I could observe some 'plumping' on occasion, it has not helped with that so far. For reference, I have used the product for a little over a month, twice a day. However I like the applicator, it is coolind and may help with depuffing in the morning.
