Step 1. With slightly damp hair, take a section of hair and start rolling up from the end upwards toward scalp. Tuck hair securely so that the ends of your hair do not stick out.
Step 2. Roll upwards until taught against scalp and then bend the ends of the roller to secure it in place.
Step 3. Continue this process with the next roller until all rollers are in place and secure.
Step 4. Wear overnight or allow hair to fully dry. Remove and style to enjoy beautiful heatless curls.

Great set
These are a great alternative to the original style roller set, you can curl and sleep in many different ways. The first night I slept in them I pulled the curling rod way too tight at the top of my head so when I woke up my head hurt all day. After that I made sure not to pull to tight again, user error! I recommend them though, they are easy to use and comfortable to sleep in.

I feel like these will work a lot better when my hair has been freshly bleached because of the drier texture. if you have fine or quite soft hair they can slip out easily
