This is a product I use on special occasions for an extra moisturising treatment . It is leave in so you can use at night and your hair feels soft the next day . I was concerned that it might be heavy and weigh my hair down but it really isnt. I wouldnt recommend that you use it every night but as an occasional treatment it is good .
